RETURN POLICY

All items are customize! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods, receipt of purchase to the address below within 5 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund (excluding original delivery charges).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All products must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Any products purchased in the Sale can't be refunded.
  • All products must have all original VOLITION tags stilll attached.

All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods. 

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been worn, damaged or mis-treated.

Hygiene conditions
Bodysuits cannot be refunded.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items can't be refunded.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been worn, damaged or mis-treated.
